Vegan Chocolate Cake

I am going to try this recipe. Just like the author of this recipe I will play around with the ingredients.  I will use finely grated local cacao. I will use aluminum free baking powder. I plan to use coconut qwem and coconut milk I make with my blender. Take note the vanilla essence available here is not made with vanilla. Make your own vanilla extract or use grated vanilla bean.
